WCH-7 delegates are being offered on-campus accommodation at the University of British Columbia. These accommodations combine the city's most spectacular views and location with the best value and variety of rooms possible. In addition to these advantages, on-campus accommodation offers the convenience of being in close proximity to the conference events and other WCH delegates.
Rates include a daily hot breakfast. When making your reservation, please note that the Place Vanier Residence and Marine Drive Residence are approximately 10 minutes (walking distance) away from the breakfast location. All rooms are subject to 12% Harmonized Sales Tax.
Walter Gage Residence:
Rooms at Walter Gage include complimentary wired internet. Please bring an ethernet cable to access internet. Wireless internet is available in common areas as well as in the West Coast Suites.
Gage Standard Single ($47.00/Person/Night) - Private bedroom with single bed in a six-bedroom apartment. Guests share washroom, lounge with flat-panel TV, breakfast bar and kitchen (not equipped with dishes, cookware, etc.).
Gage Premium Single ($58/Person/Night) - Private bedroom with single bed and telephone in a four-bedroom apartment. Guests share washroom, lounge with flat-panel TV, breakfast bar and kitchen (not equipped with dishes, cookware, etc.).
Gage One Bedroom Suite ($159/Night) - Suite with queen bed and a queen sofa bed in living room. Suite includes private washroom, living room with TV and telephone and fully-equipped kitchen.
Rate based on single or double occupancy; a charge of $25.00 per night applies for each additional guest, maximum 4 guests per suite.
Gage Tower Suite ($159/Night) - Each unit has one bedroom with a double bed and phone, and two additional bedrooms with a single bed. Guests share a washroom, lounge with flat-panel TV, and fully-equipped kitchen. Based on double occupancy. Maximum of 4 occupants.
Gage Studio Suite ($119/Night)-Suite with double bed, private washroom, sitting area with TV and telephone and fully-equipped kitchenette.
West Coast Suites ($183/Night)-One bedroom hotel suite with king size bed in bedroom and double sofa bed in living room. Suite includes fully-equipped kitchen, private washroom, TV, telephone and complimentary wireless Internet.
Rate based on single or double occupancy; a charge of $25.00 per night applies for each additional guest, maximum 4 guests per suite.
Place Vanier Residence:
Rooms at Place Vanier Residence include wired internet access at a one-time access fee of $10. Please bring an ethernet cable to access internet. Wireless internet is available in common areas.
Korea House Single Room ($40/Person/Night) -Private bedroom with 1 single bed in a dormitory style accommodation with approximately 30 bedrooms per floor. Shared bathrooms, lounges (with TVs) and unequipped kitchenettes.
Single Room at Place Vanier ($38/Person/Night) -Private bedroom with 1 single bed in a dormitory style accommodation with approximately 24 bedrooms per floor. Shared bathrooms, lounges (with TVs) and unequipped kitchenettes.
Marine Drive Residence:
Rooms at Marine Drive Residence include a VoIP Phone System for internet access. Please bring an ethernet cable to access internet.
Studio Suite at Marine Drive ($119.00/Night) -Suite with double bed, private washroom, sitting area with TV and fully-equipped kitchen. Maximum 2 guests per suite.
