Want to access your registration account to add to your order and/or go back in and pay by credit card?
Follow these instructions:
1. Click the registration link above
2. As a returning user, click “Already Registered?” and then enter your email address and password and Sign Into Account
3. On the Registration Orders page, you should see your order under “Order List”
4. Click on the order number
5. The next page should be titled “View Registration Order”
6. Check that everything is ok with your order on this page
7. If so, under Options (near the top), click “Edit Order”
8. You should now be able to scroll down and see the payment options section
9. Choose “I will pay with my credit card”
10. Scroll down a little bit more and click the “I Accept” the Terms and Conditions box
11. Click Submit
12. Now you should be directed to a payment page to enter your credit card details.
13. Once entered, you will get a confirmation by email
The registration process includes registration for ASIH, HL. SSAR, AES, CAH/ACH, CARCNET/RECCAR and HCB meetings

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees, less a $25.00 administration charge, will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing by May 31, 2012 at 23:59 PST. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 31, 2012.
Letter of Invitation to the Conference
A letter of invitation is issued solely for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications and/or to obtain funding for their attendance at the conference. Such a letter does not imply any financial obligation on the part of the conference organizers. If your entry visa to Canada is denied, we will refund your registration payment in full without penalty.
